Return Policy:
SilveradoVermont will accept a return for refund within 14 days of your receiving an item. After that date, we are not able to accept a return for refund. Each item is shipped with a "Return Instructions" form for you to complete and include with your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and not show any signs of having been worn. Items that have been worn, engraved or altered in any way are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Product Warranty:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All of the items we offer are guaranteed to be free from defect to the best of our knowledge. If an item breaks due to faulty craftsmanship or develops a flaw during the first 30 days, we will repair it free of charge. If an item breaks after 30 days, we will repair it for a small fee. This information is covered in more detail in the guarantee included with your purchase. You will also receive care and cleaning instructions with each purchase. 

Materials:
Many of the items carried on this website are made with stones considered semi-precious and are valued because of interesting variations in color, shape and texture. We have done our best to represent each piece accurately, both in photograph and text. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately represent the color and texture of some stones. Please contact us if you would like additional information on an item.
