Shipping Information

We offer free ground shipping via either the United Parcel Service (UPS)  or the US Postal Service on all orders.  Ground shipping via either carrier usually takes 2-7 days depending on the package's destination.  UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.  To receive free shipping, you must check "free shipping" when checking out.  If you need your package to arrive earlier and/or arrive by a definite date, you can choose the shipping and cost that meets your needs at checkout.  Customers outside of the United States will receive free shipping but will be responsible to pay for any customs charges upon delivery.   If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to call us at 1.888.788.4779  during our open hours of 10-6 Eastern time, 7 days a week.

If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends. We do our best to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you via e-mail of the anticipated ship date.

If you received free shipping and you return the item(s) for refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

* Please note that shipping dates are calculated starting the day after pickup. If you place your order by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time and the item is in stock, the ship date will be the following day. Orders placed on Friday will have a ship date of Monday.
